    Group Training

    Our small group sessions consist of 3 - 5 people led by a certified personal trainer. Group training is an affordable and fun way to motivate yourself to exercise.

     

    Group training coaches will provide:

    • Fitness and nutritional coaching
    • Proper form and technique
    • Monthly measurements
    • Challenging weekly workouts

    Specialized Programs

    At One By One Fitness, we have a workout regiment for every body. No fitness or health request is too impossible for our trainers.

    Personal Trainer

    • Responsible for designing innovative cutting edge personalized fitness programs.
    • Modifying nutritional requirements based on clients individual needs.
    • Conduct fitness consultations and assessments.
    • Monitoring and educating client during workout sessions.
    • Ensure safe and effective use of equipment.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Meeting active clients by managing time and meeting set schedules.
    • Must have certification from a Nationally Accredited Organization (NASM, NSCA, ACSM, NCSF, ACE, AFAA, NESTA, etc.)

    Fitness Director

    • Must have passion for health and wellness
    • Must possess strong work ethic and a customer-centric attitude.
    • Must have proven record of achieving and exceeding high volume monthly sales projections
    • Is able to develop sales tracking systems to ensure all leads are effectively being managed
    • Ability to hire, train and mentor a team that will follow the company's mission and brand standard
    • Must be excellent with conflict resolution and team building
    • Create operating systems to provide a well-serviced and clean facility
    • Must be goal oriented and have a passion for helping individuals achieve their personal goals
